Refund Policy (for goods)

Refund Policy for goods.

In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can exchange or return your purchase for up to 120 days from the date of purchase. Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition you recieved them in and in and the origional box and or packaging.

For all deliverd goods please be aware

We do from time to time arrange delivery of goods through  reputable courier service's. For our own protection we take out a goods insurance with them to cover ourselfs against loss or damaged in transit goods.

 PLEASE BE ASSURED THIS DOES NOT IN ANYWAY EFFECT OUR SERVICE  OR YOUR STATUARY RIGHTS AS DEFINED IN THIS POLICY TO YOU OUR VALUED CUSTOMER.

It is for this reason we ask that all deliverd goods either by our own delivery service or such service as supplied by us

 should be opened, checked and then signed for prior to the delivery driver/s leaving you. This will help us reclaim our losses against the relevant third party courier service should any difficulties arise

All queries complaints, shortage of stock,goods or damage etc to be raised at the time of delivery please,

 we will always endevour to fulfill our commitment to you our customer in a timely manner, however all our goods are quality checked and distributed in the correct packaging before leaving our site. We take seperate insurance against loss/damage of goods out with any third party courier we should use, we ask you to comply with this to aid ourselfs  should we need to reclaim our cost's from any such service when goods have been damaged or lost in transit.

THE DRIVER/COURIER HAS A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO COMPLY TO THIS PROCESS IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT AND/ OR THE DRIVER FOR ANY REASON REFUSES TO WAIT WHILE THIS  CHECK PROCESS IS COMPLETED YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE THE LOAD PLEASE STATE THE REASON FOR RETURN of GOODS ON THERE DELIVERY NOTES AS: DRIVER REFUSED TO WAIT WHILE I CHECKED THE ITEM/S. YOU SHOULD CONTACT US AS SOON AS IS POSSIBLE IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THERE SHOULD BE ANY DELIVERY PROBLEMS. We will make sure any problems are dealt with the same day.

A copy of this goods returned /exchanged policy is on both the emailed invoice you recieved at time of purchase, a further copy of it is supplied with the goods and delivery notes for your order.
