In all cases where we are suppling a service to you, we will not accept responsibility for last minute cancellations made by the organizer of any event or function, given that there is no exceptional reason we could not have been informed before our arrival at the designated location. In most cases should this occur, we will still seek our costs for transport, staff etc.
Please be aware that it is the purchaser/organizer's responsibility to have checked with any location they are to use, that they are happy all their legal requirements, Health & Safety issues have been fully met in advance. We will always supply all our relevant operational/legal documents as required when booking and where it is possible will have copies available for inspection on the night if needed. We can always liaise with venue owners/operators in advance should the need arise we just ask that they have been informed of your intentions to use us at your function prior to the event date.
